It was our first time here. We have ordered Pink Passion smoothie and Thai Milk Tea with almond milk. I absolutely love the fact that they have dairy-free milk options (oat&almond). Thai milk tea was not too sweet, which was to my liking. The smoothie was very average and would not order it again, but there is a lot more on the menu to choose from and will definitely come back to try the other options as well. Customer service was very pleasant and we got a free Taiwanese cake each!

This has become my favorite bubble tea spot! I usually get the Fresh Taro Sago Coconut drink which is so flavourful and delicious. The bubble waffle is tasty too and there are 3 options to choose from. I love how they also offer the traditional milk tea, or fresh fruit smoothies. It's really the perfect place for anyone craving a yummy drink. The owner is lovely and very generous. I would recommend coming here next time you're in the area!!

Rarely get to go out to Kitsilano and only ever visited VitaVilla from friend recommendations and all the times I have been there have nothing short of amazing interpersonal customer service! Feels very open and welcoming and helpful for someone figuring out the plethora of options! They are great at providing the best bubble tea you can get while allowing some custom changes to our drinks! Definitely recommend and enjoy the little cute atmosphere prepared for the customers!

This is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had not only in Vancouver, not only in Canada, but anywhere in the world. I met the owner, and she deliberately opted not to go the franchise route so she could come up with better flavours on her own. The pearls are perfect and fresh, the flavours are delightful and innovative and natural. If you only frequent bubble tea franchises, you don’t know what you’re missing.
